Learn how to append Terms and Conditions to your invoices using Electronic Reporting and Docentric Designer.

To accomplish this scenario, we will first modify the ER Data model and Model mapping, which are provided by Microsoft for the Sales invoice report, to include Terms and Conditions in the customer language. Since embedding subdocuments like T&Cs into ER Formats and Excel templates is not supported, we will use Docentric Designer instead.

Docentric supports ER Data models as report data sources while retaining all the advantages of Docentric Designer, including embedding subdocuments. You will see how easy it is to embed our newly added data to the ER Data model, T&Cs, into the invoice report template using Docentric Designer.
