The new layout gives me no control over how anything is displayed. I spent a lot of time designing a brand-consistent invoice template and now my customers are used to seeing it, but QB is replacing it with a layout that doesn't look anything our brand. Three more weeks of this and then we're moving to different accounting software.

Honestly, the worst. I was switched over to the new one automatically and think the layout looks hideous. I wonder what non business owner created this. Information doesn’t read easy on the eyes when printed. Give me back the old layout because this is a waste of my time and will make me want to switch over. Nothing was wrong with it before

I hate how much blank space there is on this awful template and I super hate that you have to use color blocks. What a waste of paper and ink! Now all my invoices have to be 2 pages because of all the wasted space. Why can't we have our own templates like before? I like almost everyone else, hate this change!

The option to include the INVOICE NUMBER in the email subject line is broken now. It just shows [Invoice No.] instead of the actual number

So, now I am attempting to use the new default invoice turn off "Shipping" (already turned off in my main "Account and Settings" + I keep turning it off as I make new invoices, then I save....And, shipping bar pops green again. Click off, then refresh, and it clicks back on new system doesn't actually allow editing I'm confused....what the heck.

does QuickBooks offer making a deposit on a invoice, or do i have to send it separately

cant copy estimates for same job, different customer. Couldnt receive payments & make a deposit in 1 entry... had to individually 1. add 2% discount then individually receive payment into undeposited funds for 20 invoices then another entry to make deposit. So frustrated.. give us an option to get the old version... PRETTY PLEASE

This new system is seriously deficient, and a 3:51 video is not sufficient to describe the new invoice and show how to fix it for company needs. QBO should be ashamed of itself! At a minimum, help your customers before you lose them!

How they casually skipped over adding bulk transactions is amazing! Can you someone show me how that is done? There used to be a single line for transactions aggregated together but with the new design, they appear as mutliple single line items.

Unlike freshbooks, can you send an unlimited number of invoices to an unlimited number of clients?
