running everyday since may 15, 2017 for those of you who are new to my channel! I finally got around to making a little channel trailer to give people a better idea of who I am and what I do! Had to include the running, soccer, and outfit changes of course. Basically, I'm an ex soccer player who discovered a love and passion for running.. everyday! I'm a personal speed agility quickness and soccer trainer as well! Hope you guys enjoy my channel and hope we can become friends! Thank you for all your support always

Hey hellah, how many times a week should I run if I am just starting off. I am in good shape because I play a lot of soccer, but I want to get fitter through running. Also how many times a week do you suggest I do abs?

Thanks for being such an amazing example of the health benefits of veganism. I run EVERY DAMN DAY for 3 years and 3 month since going vegan (minimum 1h, 10km. I’m about 13km everyday that I achieve in 1h17), never felt that amazing 💪🏻🌱

Hey, for someone getting back into soccer, would you suggest doing long distance running or focusing more on sprints. I want to keep playing at a higher level in my Sunday league. However, during the week I do alot of studying so I'm trying to maximize my workouts for soccer.
