Egg time lapse. Watch a raw egg crystallizing over a period of 10 days and breaking like glass. Most unexpexted time-lapse I have taken so far with sony a6000, sony a7r4, 60mm laowa and 90mm sony macro lens. #time-lapse #timelapse

Too much camera movement and repeating the same footage several times. Perhaps the best way to present would be to show a full timelapse at first and the show highlights at the end.

That was truly unexpected! Really felt like glass cracking.🔥❤️ And there a bubble which lasted for the whole timelapse.😉 Great job man👍 👍

Did you try using cross polarized light and see if you can get some nice colors from the crystals?

What i wonder is if it were left to dry in a completely clean room, would it then regain its previous form if the moisture was reintroduced? Or are there changes happening on the molecular level?

Unique post, well done (pun intended)! Good music choice and closing segment to show egg transformation. Dried eggs (powder form) are sometimes used as an ingredient by food producers. BTW, I think you meant to pin your comment in place, so it doesn’t move to the bottom of the list. Home use air driers are used to preserve lots of foods — you might try foods like tomatoes and apples for future time-laps segments. Cheers.

Why do the little circles crack like that?

It looks like Van Gogh's 'Starry night'

So we need smarter every day to explain the circle cracks
