Absolutely.
1) I broke the habit of saying yes to people by biting my tongue while they asked me a question. I didn't stop biting my tongue until I actually thought about whether I wanted to do whatever they asked.
2) My time is my most valuable asset.
3) No one can manipulate you if you won't allow them to.
