The 308 needs the deep carry pocket clip like the 0562 family. An Aftermarket deep carry that does goes behind the scale would be a massive improvement. Hope somebody does a deep carry clip that wraps over the back and uses a shorter last spacer to fit.

Love the 308. Only flipper with equal non assisted action is my ZT 393 which is also awesome. Action is buttery smooth. Though will scare folks when opening. Lol

I like ZT, but that price is just nuts. You can get the new Presidio for under $110, or an AD10 for $140 last time I looked. My definition of a hard work knife is a ten dollar Mora.

0920 is the best zero tolerance yet I've handled and I've had the 0560 and 0562 ti but I think I'm gonna try the 0308

How in the world do you make an AD10 carryable? Carry my 4Max Scout all the time, but the AD10? With that clip? Help me out here. I have one that sits at home because I can't figure out how to make it work in pocket.

the relief cut "thinness". It is noticeably thin and thinner than the liner on show-side. On my 560 it's the same thickness. Is making the relief cut "wall" this thin actually a bad thing? Is it a point of possible failure?? No one's mentioned encountering it that I know of.... And if it were why would KAI/ZT do this? Should they not know better?? "knife building 101"?

Cost....just recently in Canada they dropped the cost of the Cyote Tan version by $40.00 CAD....the black scale G10 with blk/grey tiger stripping is $490.00...

Have you done a videeo comparing it to the Reate Torrent? Or your "Best 3 haard-use knives"?

this is what a real zt is supposed to be like--exactly right in my opinion. not all zt's are this way--they're good but don't quite invoke the joy--more like a little heavier kershaw (and to be fair priced more like an upscale kershaw). i resisted the urge for the 308 because it absolutely at the edge of the envelope price wise. if you want the joy tho, you gotta pay that piper. my advice to people on the fence: buy ONLY knives that get you what you want, which means far fewer knives.

I've always been a "hard use" folder kinda guy. I mean I carry a 4max in my rotation, all my friends, and, my brother are like that too.bit wasn't till later on in life that I figured out that's not everyone's thing lol. I get more edc friendly knives, and of course have some. But my favorite go to knives are always the bruisers. Glad to see the 0308 in ZTs line up. I do love the Hinderer ZTs too. The other stuff doesn't speak to me at all. Maybe the RJ martin colab. The sinkevich ones... Not so much. But to each there own.

Well at least ZT calls the newer trending models what they are. Boutique knives. I have them and like them. They are incredibly nice pieces. The older ZTs have a very different feel, that's for sure. Nothing wrong with either.

0560, 0562 blow it’s doors. The 308 has an incredible blade and action, but that’s it.

I love my 0308. Great blade, action, ergos, and I actually like the looks of it honestly. They could’ve tweaked them a little but overall I like the look. I don’t love the pocket clip but it keeps the knife in your pocket. Not everyone does but I do. Can’t wait to see what their next release brings to the table.
