The hole in the knife is great for cleaning the detent line with a q tip and a light oil makes opening way smoother

I was at USA blades the other day a Friday ago and they had American flag versions where it was anodized in. It was awesome they also had a ton of hinders. I live in Asheville but I have to go to Charlotte for a sales meeting every Friday morning so that's like the candy store for me.

I love ZT and that knife looks amazing. And yes they always come sharp out of the box. Re-sharpening however, is a different story...I sent an 0562 back for sharpening and it came back duller than when it left, and the bevel was so uneven that I don't even use or wear that knife anymore.

I love this knife, got it on clearance from academy for 120 bucks. The scale darkens with use, so while I’d love to have a different scale it has grown on me. This knife is a classy workhorse and I haven’t been easy on it. This and a small knife like the roadie or chaparral make a great combo to carry. Not that you need anything else but this knife, but I like to carry a less scary knife just in case.

I own this knife and i LOVE it . Its super smooth and the blade drops back into fold position by gravity alone. I have one in OD Micarta Canvas from USA Made Blades.

The hole in the frame makes it super easy to live the bearings. This knife is truly amazing.

This knife means alot to me and I don't even have one, but just seeing it gives me hope that ZT's not done yet, and maybe still have some home runs up their sleeve

This one hits my nostalgia button. The speedsafe is what always kept me away from the 300 series, but I loved everything else. This one is just striking.Resisting the urge hard, but I’m sure I’ll have one soon.

I have this version and love it but it would be so sweet with tigerstripe and or full ti you are right about that. Great review MC thanks for sharing

I wish they would re-do the 0350 and make it without spring assist and maybe thin it out. I think it’s a really cool classic zt platform and I would buy a more premium version. I like the 3.25 blade length

I guess I didn’t realize anyone on earth who is into knives actually pushes on a flipper tab like a button. I’ve never once pressed on one like a button. That’s incredibly strange because it seems so obvious that you should flip it like a switch and not a button. Especially for someone who is into knives. If I handed a flipper to them and they pushed it down like a button, I would take the knife back without saying a word and leave. The friendship would end there.

Love the beefiness and overall shape, but not the color or texture. Looks like a peanut shell. I’ll wait for another color option. I also wish ZT would use PB washers on these heavy duty knives, or at least give an option similar to Hinderer. I’ve got some really smooth knives on washers. I know it can be done.

Would you measure the heights, in profile, of the widest parts of the blades and handles of the 0303 and 0308 when you compare them? It looks, to me, like the 0308 is shorter than the 0303. I missed out on the 0300-0303 and I find the 0308 appealing. Thank You!
