I have the LMF scales for the ZT 0308 in natural micarta and they look great to. U.S.A. Made Blades has all sorts of ZT 0308 scales including G10, Micarta, and Carbon Fiber already on knife or just the scales at an great price. 😃 Thanks for the fun reviews.

The Carbon Fiber version is a "USAmade blade" exclusive. You can also buy the CF scale separately. I've got the polished black micarta scale on mine.

Use last joint in finger to flip, not finger tip and you will find it very easy to open.

RANT: I TOTALLY AGREE ABOUT THEIR NUMBERING - SO MESSED UP! Why not make model names that are easy to remember and discuss? I have numerous ZT Knives and am definitely a fan, but every time I want to discuss one, I have to go look up the number - and even then, sometimes I accidentally transpose them (e.g. 0562 vs. 0652). Why make it so hard on fans? Don't make us think so much! If you must use numbers, give it a name and a number (like Benchmade does) or how about something simple like Lion Steel: the M5, the T6, etc.? At the very least, they can get rid of the initial zero! The other gripe I have is I strongly dislike ZT's fascination with 1/2 & 1/2 handle scales! I love this 0308 knife (just had to check the title of this video so I could get the number correct), but I'm waiting for a full titanium version, which would be awesome! This Carbon Fiber looks nice, but I think it would be better as ALL CF, ALL Titanium, or ALL G10. And while I'm at it, who chose that ugly tan (coyote) G10 color? That thing looks like somebody vomited on the knife. Unless you're going to war in the desert in the middle east - no need for vomit-colored scales! Ahhh, feels good to get that off my chest!

Start giving the ZT names. It's gotta start somewhere. Seiko fans give a lot of there watches nicknames so you know exactly what they're taking about.

The scale options, especially the carbon fiber, is how ZT should have offered this knife to start with. That carbon fiber with a black wash blade would be amazing and I'd buy immediately.
