Nice! Now all your wall cabinets will have the same screw location no matter where the studs are behind them. Makes a cleaner installation especially with glass doors. Awesome!

French Cleats also work great especially when the drywall is already installed.

I put some blocking in, but I also sheeted my garage with plywood/osb. so then I could hang whatever I needed without a need to find the studs.

You could just measure up 54" and 84". Also you should specify these block locations are for 30" upper cabinets.
