Thank you for these amazing, and riveting stories. I have a time slip story. Back in 2011, I was still living in Brooklyn, NY at the time. I was waiting for a bus, and it was just an ordinary day. As I sat there, there was no one else around. It felt like the world stopped, and I saw a sailor that looked like he was from sometime in the 1940's. He was at the corner for less than 3 seconds, and then he was just gone, vanished in thin air. He could've been in a time slip, or maybe he was a spirit of some sort. I never told anyone about this til now. Thank you for reading.

Thank you for these eerie and fascinating stories. My mother consistently told a story for decades about how one night, she, my dad, and another couple were driving along a dangerously foggy road on the Californian coast. The conditions were so terrible that, exhausted, they finally pulled over when they saw a light burning in a little roadside building. There, they found a restaurant that was “absolutely magical, it was so charming, so unusually quaint and cozy, with a fire in a fireplace.” They had a wonderful meal together and, restored, eventually resumed the awful drive home.

Several days later, they all drove back to thank the restaurant owner and to have another dinner there…”but the restaurant had vanished. No matter how many times we drove along that road again, we never, never found it.”

True story; I was stationed in Erlangen West Germany back in late 80s. On four occasions I saw people from medieval times walking the street next to my barracks. I felt "off" each time it happened until they disappeared. I was a career soldier so I never told anyone. I didn't want anyone to think I was nuts. I had this experience of time slip i was outside my house taking in my washing ….as a pulling down the clothes i normally would see the row of houses across …but now instead there were fields with grass waving in the wind !the streets that should have been there had gone !i dropped the washing and ran indoors and didnt look or go out again that day ..next time i went out everything was normal .i dont know what happened …but it did happen !

I think I would experience this because sometimes I would misspell words and, when I would double check The spelling it would be something completely different other than what I think I had written! is this because I had slipped into a parallel portal? Hmm I don’t know
