The Curse of Sisyphus

"Sisyphus was a cunning king known for his wit.
His various schemes angered gods like Zeus, Thanatos,
Ares, Hades, and Hermes, leading to a severe curse.
He was tasked with pushing a massive boulder to the top

of a mountain. Every time he approached the mountain's peak,
either the mountain retreated from him or the stone
rolled back down, forcing him to start over. This endless
cycle of torment began, where the punishment itself

became more excruciating than the actual penalty.
The futility and circular nature of the punishment
were even more agonizing. It's much like the way
modern humans seem to be aimlessly drifting today,

constantly chasing happiness. Despite feeling like
we're getting closer, somehow,
we end up back at the beginning of the path."
