Couldn't be simpler, except here in the West Bunnings no longer supply 90 x 90 Merbau, they only have 95 x 95 Merbau, which meant I had to route both ends of every piece back to 90 x90 and i had to pay $50 more per piece for that extra 5mm. Tried all the wood yards over here same story, whereas timber yards on the east coast all had 90 x 90, but local pick up only. Bunnings actually sell a different brand of bracket also for 90 x 90 timber. The standard answer i got was "why don't you use treated pine" somebody give me a break. Ah I like the modular nature but an issue is this needs multiple people to put together and the weight is considerable. I think I’ll stick with slotting into joist hangers
