Clear as always, thank you very much for a free lesson🦾on human muscle mechanism and correct execution.
I would like to see a video on difference regarding barbell military press in front and behind the neck, assuming that lifter possess mobility to do that. I enjoy doing it behind the neck and get good feeling in all deltoid region, esspecialy lateral head. Iam aware of shorter ROM doing it that way regarding anterior head. But I get so much good pump, doing it in 8ish rep range, in all deltoid region together with triceps that I can't stop doing it and I do progress in small increments in weights/reps - I will, if your Logic tells me it is not optimal exercise or dangerous.

I'we tought it's best when the force comes straight from the side 3 & 9 a clock like pressing 2 plates together the force comes from the side squeeze together atleast i get best activation to chest thisway
