According to a couple of sources I found, Muhammad actually has ties to Jewish lineage. After all the Islamic people claim to be from Ishmael. This would fit perfectly with Daniel chapter 11 .

Daniel 11:37 Neither shall he regard the God of his fathers, nor the desire of women, nor regard any god: for he shall magnify himself above all.

Also what better way for the Antichrist to make peace in the Middle East, then to be of Jewish and Islamic lineage.

Muhammad/ mahdi will honor allah (Satan) as the strange God that his fathers (Jews) did not know.

One thing I find interesting is that if you look at who the Islamic community thinks the mahdi will be, is someone who’s name is Muhammad and he will be exactly from Muhammad’s line of family. The quaran also states that the mahdi will look exactly like Muhammad.

Zachariah 6:1-3 is the first time that we see the four horsemen in the scripture and then we see them again in the book of Revelation. Once you have a dictator the other things that follow are war, famine and death and of course eternal punishment. You're going to see, as you put it, mirror images throughout history but the actual book of Revelation has not begun so I do not believe that the four horsemen are riding in the power that they will leave when it begins. I do believe that when Revelation begins that the Antichrist will be Muslim and it is obvious that Muhammad played a big part in what will be taking place in the end times. I think you're going to see paradigms throughout history but I do not believe that Muhammad or the generals that you spoke of are the actual four horsemen. They would be types and shadows

The Fire=Sear it ("it" is EARTH).
