It's the year of 256 BC and The First Punic War is at its height. An epic clash would ensue involving over 300,000 people and nearly 700 warship. It was the largest naval battle in History!

After their defeats at Mylae, Sulci and Tyndaris, Carthage knew the Romans would come for Africa next. The Carthaginians knew of the Romans' intentions and mustered all their 350 warships under Hanno the Great and Hamilcar. Both fleets met off Cape Ecnomus in Southern Italy. A total of an estimated 680 warships and 300,000 people participated in this battle, making it the largest naval engagement ever fought.

Hey friend, just a tip: make cite to your sources. That way you don’t get naysayers as your channel grows as it inevitably will. You have the talent just keep at it.

Ecnomus was most certainly not the largest naval battle. It was in far smaller than Salamis both in terms of numbers of ships as well as in terms of crews participating. Not to mention that at Salamis there were 100s of 1000s of people all around watching as well as participating at the end saving sailors and killing surviving opponents.
