The Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary is the center of operations for the Dark Brotherhood, just east of the Great Chapel of Arkay and under the Abandoned House in Cheydinhal. It is rumored that Count Andel Indarys knows the location of the Sanctuary, but is bribed and threatened to keep his mouth shut. As a result, he does not even acknowledge the Abandoned House under which the sanctuary is located.

From the Goblin Caves to the Dark Brotherhood hideout, this is certainly an upgrade as they're my favorite "faction" to join in Oblivion and Skyrim. Members of this group are great and even funny at times, almost like they're family. Almost...
