Hi! Just a general question I don’t have the answer to. Once I get the visa stamped on my passport, is there a limited amount of time for me to depart Tegucigalpa and arrive in the US? Am I obligated to depart ASAP right after getting the stamp or can I choose the date I want? (e.g., get a visa stamp in February and choose to leave in March). I do know I can’t arrive more than within 10 days of the job start date on the petition but that start date was in November and it’s already January. I would greatle appreciate it if you could clarify all this for me.

Great decision, people need to get actual American salaries, people working in extreme conditions for a fraction in these Indian / Chinese consultancy firms. And they don’t care about American values or culture, just want to make $ and invest in their home country so they can hire more cheap labor as they don’t have laws there

@Redbus2us : This is effective june 2021 isnt it ? You are gonna make another video in another 2 to 3 weeks about the cancellation of these final rules and restoration of the old rules :) . Having said that any my vote is always for the reforms that will eliminate exploitation of these consulting companies.

When you say end clients, only 3rd party contractors are affected, right? What about people who are employed for direct hire roles by IT consulting firms like Deloitte, EY, KPMG who work at client sites? Do they also count as end clients? I don’t think so.

In 2019 my h1b case was selected, in march 2020 I filed it as premium and got RFE. After in August 2020 my employer responded to that. So that my case wasn't resolved in time. My lower made service request and it was answered that my case was under security check.
Until now it hasn't been resolved.
I asked my lower from what time it was picked for security check. He answered from time of filing.
Is it true it almost 2 years my case is under security check?
And how long does it take to be cleared from security check?

I am still confused. I have a primary employer and I work as a contractor for a client within the MSA. So my client also has to file a LCA?
