9ft 6 in by 15ft 10 in. I already have a built in closet on one end of 9ft 6 side. And the window is on the other side of the room. I need to fit a twin size bed, a desk, and a couch with coffee table - it is a flex lay out. Happy to send over the floor plan if that is helpful! I want as much as “open space” as possible.
