Specialized was one of the first brands to venture into the lightweight e-bike segment, with the first generation Levo SL back in 2020. When the second generation Levo SL debuted last year, Specialized came out swinging again, offering a more powerful motor, relaxed geometry, an updated frame design, and trail-rated components.

great analysis. tried most of these bikes and everything you say is spot on.

ended up going with the levo sl expert largely for its fun factor. makes me want to get out.

Tested one. Motor npise going up so whiney. Just really grated. Not sure it was louder than say the Bosch SX which i also tried. Just an awful sound!
