Hey, happened with my victus too. I got it fixed at the hp sercive centre. The problem is that the update was a BIOS update, and you most probably did the update without the charger which has caused the bios to get corrupted. Hopefully your laptop is under warranty and the motherboard has to be replaced. All the best!

This is a BIOS issue which actually disabled the IGPU from the motherboard bios ic

Recently i bought hp victus ryzen 5600h rx 5500m

But there is no option to limit the charging to 80% or 60 %
I have to charge it then use it
It may reduce the battery health very soon

I searched everywhere
There is only one solution i found
Go to bios setting
Adaptive battery optimiser ( enabled)
It doesn't say or work to limt the charging ..it charge upto 100%
Can u help
Give me some suggestions or something

Kya sbhi variant me 70watt battery atti ha ? HP ki website par 60000₹ or battery capacity 52watt likh rakhi ha.

I bought same hp victus radeom graphic 3 days ago and its battery only lasts 2.30 hours only surfing not gaming and my brightness is 50% is it normal battery life i expect more from 70wh battery hp is claiming 8 hours battery life..
