As an actual it professional, I can assure you that WinRAR is not a virus. First you call it a virus, then you call it malware, then you call it annoyware. Even if it worked this annoyware that you speak of, it actually wouldn't be because it only shows that message when you begin using the program, not while you're using it or after you close it.
