Every time I'm playing radiant residence I go into the in-game computer and it tells me I have to pay food water or items to get my computer back and I've been infected by the ez virus 😭😭

The way they are defining worms is really unclear and could lead to confusion, a worm self replicates to other computers mostly through the network in order to do something else after (DDoS attacks, deploy a ransomeware or something else), it doesn't self replicate on the machine it is already installed on. Just look at the wikipedia article, it's very well explained.
Also, unless you are paying a subscription to an anti-malware program, having one is pretty much useless, if windows defender doesn't flag a program, it's unlikely that other anti malware programs do (or it's a false positive), and on apple or linux, malware is pretty much inexistent. Just wach a malware comparative video.
If you are really worried about something you downloaded, use a sandbox or a virtual machine and run it in there. This isolates the suspicious program.
I'm also curious about the sources DW used to do this short, since there are none in the description...
