Haha, back in the day when people wanted to show off their recent purchase of an old car they always said: I bought it from an old lady, . Never said anything but in my experience I have a few friends over 68 years old and when I'm on a trip with them I'm like a cat on a rollercoaster.

Fun fact: My grandmother also owned a Golf MK3 for over 20 years and drove it like a getaway driver. She even complained when I drove - always too slow. After she passed away at age 83, the car was purchased by a young guy who takes good care of it.
