I absolutely love this thumbnail. "Nobody cares" lmao. And it's just the raw truth. In a lot of ways, it's freeing. Nobody cares (especially at the beginning) so go create whatever you believe you need to create!

Literally, no one cares. Not even youtube unless you're making ads.

I started YouTube because I always wanted to. I just think it's the time to start one and not be afraid anymore on other people's opinion. I enjoyed it and it's making me happy. 💚

I started my channel with similar ‘oh god hope no one I know sees this’ vibes but after a while I thought ‘meh it’s all good’. One day someone in town came up to me and said ‘hey are you on YouTube?’ Which I thought was funny lol.

I started my channel for myself, to see if I can do it, and also mostly, to have fun with what I love the most. And shortly after I started getting subscribers, some views, and well .... now I really want to grow and succeed, because this is something I enjoy doing with my free time. Thank you for these tips, I am gonna try them on my channel. Let the numbers and fun grow.

I just hit 500k subs TODAY ! :D Im so happy, even no one other cares. There is still huge space to improve my content, it will be a lot of work for sure but its a great adventure to improve your channel. Good luck to everyone else to reach your goals ❤

i was scared to start youtube because i knew that i would never get any views and subs, but eventually i just started one anyway, and i am surprised how i actually don’t care that much about low views and subs. i really just like making videos and even gaining one new subscriber per week is a nice feeling!
thanks for a great video by the way!

I’m actually more afraid for being judged by total strangers xd then by friends and family but is a risk I’m willing to take so I’m already editing some things loved this advice thank you so much for sharing it

I have a fear that I wouldn't be "employable" with my videos but I will still continue to upload because I believe the people for you will support you and or not care at all. Thanks for the video!

It definitely is true, even if you're started and or have small channels... the goals will always be "value" I think there's no way to chase the adsense money... it will come eventually... provide value to your viewers and give them a reason to pay for things you can provide.

Good one! Especially the "no one cares" part is very true and liberating. It's the reason I took the leap. A bit frustrating sometimes that few care but still, liberating 😂 good stuff

You're 100 percent going to be bigger than filmbooth, I honestly almost didn't want to comment because I don't want other people to find you hahahaha. I'm getting these comments in early so when you do release a course, a paid course, that I would ALREADY pay for from the videos you've made, but it's still cheap as you've just started, I get first dibs. Seriously man, truly epic content. None of that begineer nonsense this is intermeditate to even expert level and this is what I need. Long gone are the days where I was looking for information on SEO or search terms or CTR, I need that next level stuff and you're providing it in the best way I've seen so far. Well done lad, keep it up, I'll be here, everytime. I'm off to do your free course, which is just insane to me that it's free but don't change it yet hahaha. Just one point though that really holds me back, my videos take me a very long time to edit, due to this reason, I get analysis paralysis on which video idea to go with next because if it flops, it sucks, I can't lie, but... I'm also not at the point of being able to afford an editor. It's not ideal currently but I'll get there haha. Peace. 😎

I did the same thing. I didn't tell anyone about my YouTube channel for about a year. Then I got mixed reactions...
Kind of wished I kept it secret now.

Still going at it 1.5 years with 1300+ subs...

Appreciate your advice. Have been applying it.

When hiring someone to edit your videos, do you need to provide them with the pictures and videos you want to be included in the video, or do they select the best footage and images for you during the editing process?

You are really an epitome of what you say in this video. This provides a lot of "value".

The quote you mentioned from the guy, is originally by Eleanor Roosevelt. It’s mentioned in the book Understanding Suicide by Chad Taylor

Great video, thanks for making it!
