I started my channel with similar ‘oh god hope no one I know sees this’ vibes but after a while I thought ‘meh it’s all good’. One day someone in town came up to me and said ‘hey are you on YouTube?’ Which I thought was funny lol.

i was scared to start youtube because i knew that i would never get any views and subs, but eventually i just started one anyway, and i am surprised how i actually don’t care that much about low views and subs. i really just like making videos and even gaining one new subscriber per week is a nice feeling!

It definitely is true, even if you're started and or have small channels... the goals will always be "value" I think there's no way to chase the adsense money... it will come eventually... provide value to your viewers and give them a reason to pay for things you can provide.

I'm getting these comments in early so when you do release a course, a paid course, that I would ALREADY pay for from the videos you've made, but it's still cheap as you've just started, I get first dibs. Long gone are the days where I was looking for information on SEO or search terms or CTR, I need that next level stuff and you're providing it in the best way I've seen so far. Just one point though that really holds me back, my videos take me a very long time to edit, due to this reason, I get analysis paralysis on which video idea to go with next because if it flops, it sucks, I can't lie, but... I'm also not at the point of being able to afford an editor. It's not ideal currently but I'll get there haha. Peace. 😎

I did the same thing. I didn't tell anyone about my YouTube channel for about a year. Then I got mixed reactions...
