Most of the time i play when I'm working out in my gym in my spare bedroom. I play music from YouTube onto my Bluetooth jukebox.

A while a go the music went off in the gym I go to, it was extremely weird.

People were looking at each other not sure of what was happening because most don’t have ear buds they rely on the music in there but the one good thing is people started talking to each other, it has its benefits and it’s drawbacks

I find music is a motivator to push yourself harder

I prefer silence. Nothing beats the sound of iron clanking and banging.
If I did listen to something they would be:
1. Grizzly screaming
2. Erwin's Speech
3. Heavy Metal

Depends on the day. Stressful days call for music. Hard workouts that push me to a new limit call for music. Relax workouts with a partner usually no music.

I usually like workin out with no music. Just me, my thoughts, and the sound of the weights clanging together is all I need. Sometimes I will workout to some rock just to give me that extra edge though but I mainly prefer to workout in silence.
