My son died 11/5/2016, About 2 months ago. Before he died he had come up the stairs from his man cave to tell me I had to listen to this song. I was watching t.v. so i kind of put him off. Never to be dismissed I went to the computer to listen and watch Disturbed performance on Conan.I was speechless, he was amazing. I grew up with Simon and Garfunkel's version. I love their version but this version from Disturbed leaves me speechless. Hate to say so, however I had to tell Chris he was right. This was an awesome rendition.Much more emotional than Simon and Garfunkel 's version.Of course he said he knew he was right. I love playing this . Makes me remember my son. Thanks

Was never a Disturbed fan, but this is unreal! David hit every note perfectly. Nobody should ever try to sing this again. It’s over. They win. Unbelievable. His range is insane and I can’t listen to it enough. Respect.

Why I think it’s so emotional is because in his voice you can hear the anger and pain that nobody listened to the warning.
