Great tutorial! But the part in Davinci there is a much easier way! From the MEDIA page, on the top left area are 3 dot menu > Frame Display Mode > check "Sequence" = doing so Davinci will automatically detect all the photos in the exported folder as 1, yes ONE video clip! That's it, just drag and drop into your media collection and timeline and treat it like a normal video clip.
No mess with hundreds or thousands of stills in the folder.
And another cool thing about this method is that Davinci is smart enough to distinguish different sequences and is pretty good at separating the time sequence into 2 or 3 different time-lapse video clips. Cheers!

What about when light is changing? Shouldnt it be auto shutter? Im just wondering how you correct anytime light changes between the scenes

Will Fujifilm do Holy Grail interval shooting fully automatic in Program (P) mode? I know the Nikon z6 will adjust aperture, shutter speed then ISO once the minimum shutter speed is reached while having interval priority turned on as well as smoothing. Thanks for your help.

A lot of cameras I've used in the past will automatically combine all these interval photos from into a video. I'm guessing Fuji doesn't do that?

New comer to Fuji from Sony. Recently purchased an XT5, love the ergonomics a design philosophy behind this camera.

There is however one limitation, and perhaps you could help.

I’m unable for the life of me figure out how to assign fixed SS and aperture values to custom settings.

E.g. it would be great for C1 to have a Timelapse preset in photo mode, in video mode have a fixed preset at 24Fps, 50 Ss for standard stuff, and then another preset for slow Mo at 60FPS 120 SS.

Just so I’m able to navigate quickly without presets, and not have to adjust the SS and aperture everytime.

Coming from Sony, that was a breeze. The more I read into these forums, the more it seems that is not an option in the X series which I find to be a monumental oversight, and one that will make me forego this camera.

From Davinci Resolve, what format do you export the files? Davinci Resolve, at least on iPad does not read RAF files.
