Had the same problem. Just had to unscrew the valve arm, clean it and put it back on. It had got clogged up with hair and gunge (like wheels on a suitcase do) so it wasn’t turning quickly enough. Gave it all a bit of a clean and it worked perfectly again. Try that before doing anything more nuclear. You don’t need to use any tools to unscrew the arm, just turn it anticlockwise.

Your spray nozzles could be out of alignment or there's debris in one of your nozzles or you need to lube the bearings or bushings in the damn thing or all the above.

Lol basically the other nozzle has less water coming out thats why it's not rotating properly. Most probably it was blocked by some dirt or something else inside. Clean it.
