What I notice is; no matter what silly thing is proposed, whether being a vegan, eating insects, being a vegetarian ect. They all try and make their food look like meat, cheese, milk, eggs the counterfeit always tastes bad. It makes sense to eat real food.

I know someone that is allergic to shellfish. He has gotten violently ill after eating breaded chicken from 2 different restaurants. I think the breading contains crickets or other insects. Insects are a sort of land shellfish.
