Veers is gutsy for telling Vader to start landing before destroying the shield. That is some serious confidence. Wish we got to see more of that dude. Professional and cold. The opposite of what we have seen recently.

Like how the inside of the ATAT steady rise and fall as it walks, as through its moving at the beats of a steady drum, contrasting to the excitement outside. Kinda signifies that for the Empire victory was simply a steady, uninterrupted march.

Watching a Making Of documentary it's a shame that the rebel transport had all this amazing detail on the underside but, understandably, it was not shown. Dang I simply can't get over all the innovations in practical SFX and skill level of the model builders who created all those vehicles and creatures. This is why I still get excited when I head about how a TV show or movie still uses traditional models or SFX rather than the CGI heavy movies of today.
