Every setback is actually set up for a well said I'm definitely using that statement to heal my lower back pain I'm suffering from.

A 10 year old video has helped me. I’m not an athlete but I was a waiter for 38 years at a really high intensity environment. Waiting to have back surgery. Looking for any type of motivation. This has provided me with a lot of information in a short video.

Thanks, I recently turn my ACL and I been feeling like I am alone and not going back into the court, but I find out that is all about the process and mindset I put in this 9 months of rehab, and how i going to do my comeback as you said.❤

I tore my ACL and meniscus last year when I was 18 at the peak of my physical fitness while training for my competitive sport. It affected my mental health hugely especially when I was doing pre-med as well. I never got into med and I gained 10kg...you can guess how bad things had gone. I've been given the green light to play and only the last few months I've been putting in the hard yards. I'm mad fueled to get back out there but I'm struggling with the weight loss. Any tips would be great!

I broke my right leg in broke my left ankle in the end of broke my toe in broke my thumb in pulled a muscle in my lower back and it's taking over 10 weeks to heal. I don't know if it's a tore muscle or it's something in my spine. It's gotten better though. I can sprint, jump, jog and do physical activities but it's really sore. But in the mist of all of this I'm a middle linebacker that's averaging 17 tackle's and 2 sacks a game.

I never really had the opportunity to think too much about my injury it was never really overly discussed some of my injuries were significant but it was never a conversation about being Richard was always a conversation about getting back in playing so the focus was always about getting back to playing because you don’t wanna get caught you don’t want to be left off the team if you’re going into some kind of playoffs you don’t wanna be the guy who doesn’t get a chance to get his name on the trophy or to get a trophy

I fcked up my left anle 2 times in 1 month, in order to heal i needed to rest but i wanted to come back so much that i risk it and get it injured again, after that i let myself relax and just heal doing some sort of strenghten exirces for the ankle, but reading all those things on the internet i though i will never play football again after resting for 6 months i come back motivated and started streching my ankle really good and etc and everything was ok in fact my ankle now is great but the other one(right) get injured last night so another 2 months out but i wlll use those months to motivate myself and to get better at everything i see alot of those ppls here comenting after getting injured they just fck it and stop doing sports like wtf just dont rush the process and work to better yourself + after getting injured you will definetly gain some knowledge so use it bros and good luck !

I’ll see you this I put a lot of different sports I wasn’t a big football guy but I played a tremendous amount of hockey high school college and play juniors up north and I think hockey players have a dismissive attitude about taking injury seriously to the point that in some cases it’s beneficial but in other cases it may lead to re-injuring that same body part or never making a full come back but I think if you interviewed a hockey player about a serious injury they never really dwelled upon it the first thought was when can I go back and play even moments after they’ve been injured you wonder how long will it take to heal

Tore my lateral meniscus (cartilage) in my right knee on the second day of the new year 2022 in a motocross race. Haven’t had surgery because I can still walk and work and ride I just have to be cautious. And it pops often. But so does my good knee. But yes the injury gives time to think and plan for the comeback. Mind over matter

Fractured 3 bones in my ankle and displaced my growth plate during football practice, I’ve just been worried that I’ll freak out in the middle of a play
