scooters are the best choice if you live in a big city, cars are going to get stuck in traffic and bicycles are agile but rather slow and can't get you to the other end of town in time

Nice video and for James May he has done a review Daihatsu Copen in series 2 Of top gear against a Audi a4 but this scene from his other programme sees himself race against one

I was surprised when I found out that my uncle and aunt both had Honda scooters when I visited them in 1976. My uncle even rode his 90 cc bike to the next town, 6 miles away, when there wasn't enough room in the car for all of us. Incidentally, a typical Japanese highway has a 40 MPH speed limit, so 90 cc is plenty fast enough to keep up with traffic.
