Me completely satisfied with my 2018 iPad Pro that was released 4 years ago. Can’t wait for davinci resolve on iPad, but I’m really disappointed with what they did for the pro. The most exciting thing from this release was davinci, but that’s entirely software related. I also get that the M2 will be better and more efficient for a task like REAL Video editing now, but M1 is definitely still capable I willing to bet that my iPad Pro will still run it decent though. Other then the hover feature, the housing and all other features are virtually the exact same as last year, and for once that’s not an understatement.

I'm going to hold strong with the M1 iPad Pro. I just want Resolve to launch as I already use it on Mac and Windows.

Love my iPad Pro M1 with magflott stand. it's been great. I think anyone getting the M2 iPad Pro will enjoy it as well regardless of what spec bump it has.

iPad Pro m2 is like that kid in the classroom who is faster at initial phase but cannot hold up in a 400m relay. At this point getting a Mac with m1/m2 and active cooling is more practical than trying to render an octane project on an iPad.
