Don't worry about the speaker setup for now, it's fine. I'm familiar with the Edifier1280s (and LP60X) and those speakers/internal preamp won't create a ton of vibration to the point they would cause the turntable to skip. That's honestly the only concern with that kind of setup and it doesn't appear you're having that problem anyway. If you had a powerful receiver with a higher wattage (instead of plugging the turntable directly to the speakers) then yes - you might have issues with vibration. But with this kind of setup - you're good to go. You really only have to worry about that kind of thing if (or when) you start upgrading to more advanced turntables & other equipment. You have a completely acceptable setup, young lady. Enjoy it.

Having the speakers next to the record player is fine. People have had that same set up for years with no issues. It's not like you have some mega large speakers with bass that will shake the house. lol

Hey Lillie! I'm a fan of yours from Korea! I recently got into collecting vinyl, and I stumbled upon your channel while watching related videos. Even though the language is different, I can feel the positive vibes🌟, so I've been binge-watching your vinyl content. Your tips on vinyl cleaning and sleeves (especially how bad PVC sleeves are🤣) have been super helpful! I'll keep cheering you on!❤️❤️❤️

Love it! I also love how organized and knowledgeable you are with storing records with proper sleeves, etc. And you know, the vast majority of us also have to make do with our own compromises and limitations as to what we can have for a setup and just try to improve along the way, and that's totally fine ❤

I have the same cd player & trust me when I say it looks SO MUCH BETTER if you keep a cd in there at all times. Literally any cd will look better than just having it all blank & boring 😩 lol

girl that setup is stunning, if you want to display the ariana cd you can find a small canvas holder (like the ones artists use but small) and hang it over it, i do that with mine and it's super cute

I’ve been collecting for 4 years now & have had my setup basically how you have it don’t think you should worry too much on the “vibrations causing damage” Great video btw!:)
