Once you play a record trough a Bluetooth system it’s pointless to have the records because Bluetooth will compress the quality and sound of the music. so you’re wasting money buying records when you could be saving money paying a Hi-Fi streaming platform like Tidal, Spotify Premium or any other with good digital files reproduction.

Back in the 70's, there were tons of these compact and stylish all-in-one stereos with AM/FM tuner, cassette and/or 8-Track built in, and a BSR or even higher quality Elac Miracord or Garrard turntable built in. Of course, the included smallish speakers were to be placed out to the side or on a shelf, but these better quality major name systems were quite functional and great sounding for most non-audiophile households and rooms.

I have bought one of these nyself. Its such a higher quality compact system. 10 out of 10 campared to cheaper suitcase style. This is kinder to your vinyl too.

Avoid. Speakers don’t belong in turntables and never take advice from a guy who puts his turntable in front of a fireplace. He’s a salesman who wants a sexy looking visual

Okay.. so im thinking of getting this as a replacement to my current record player, which is a corsley portable suitcase one.. and ik that isn’t the best quality and it can damage your records over time 😭 so im asking for this one for Christmas.. does it sound good from as far as you’ve used it? Cause im worried that its gonna like make my records sound like they’re crackling and stuff :p

There is no point in playing an analogue medium (vinyl record) through a digital (Bluetooth) connection. If you want Bluetooth, save your money and stream.
