This makes me so angry. This Captain was just trying to save his crew. He should be given a medal.

Hey has anyone else thought maybe he leaked it because the chain of command wasn't doing anything?

The Navy is behaving no different than China in releaving him for trying to protect the sailors.

The one's that fired him probably have the most sexual assault allegations against them

The fact that this captain's crew gave him such a vocal send off tells you all you need to know! Long story short he put his crews lives ahead of his own career! Something 99% of politicians could learn from!

He saved hundreds of lives, he was concerned about his crew, I think he did right I applaud him. Thanks for your service

Um...they should have given him a promotion...he's saving lives by bringing attention to a severe issue.

I always thought an officer's first job was to protect the lives of his men, so to me this is like

I think it's evidence enough from the crew cheering for him that he did something right for their safety.

When your crew is cheering for Captain crozier, there's something very wrong here

He likely said something because he was being ignored

"Unnecessarily " raised alarms How many men would die while the Navy was " discussing " . Doesn't look like the men were in a panic, looks like they were cheering the Captain .

Thomas Modly needs to be relieved of his duties. Obviously they were trying to keep the dire situation on the ship a secret. It's Brett Crozier's job to keep his men and women safe, and that's all he was trying to do. Salute to Navy Captain Brett Crozier.

Social distancing on a ship is nearly impossible!

I will bet my house that he first went to his commanding officer and was given the shove off. More details are sure to come.

We all knew the military is corrupt but it still hurts to see it actually happening. It’s scary how much the government and military get away with everything.

What a brave man. This is what a REAL man is. People go to the press when everything else fails, and it seems this man was desperate to save his men. God bless him. He paid a huge price to save these men.
