I plugged my Keystep 37 on my Android tablet with Windows 10. I downloaded the firmware and Software Center, both exe files. I plugged a simple USB-C adapter between the keyboard and tablet. The lights on the keyboard lit up, but the exe files don’t want to open. What to do?

Hi from SoCal... I have a new key step and trying to do exactly what your doing and get no sound when pressing keys? It lights up when plugged in and I have free Korg module a.piano running on iPad... the keys on iPad make sound... the dip switches are set to USB, is that correct? I wonder if setting in app for midi or something need changing? If you know how I can get tech help on this let me know, thanks...

My keystep plays iOS synths but won’t record any arps or sequences. Any ideas why? Thanks

I think I will buy a power plug with chord for the keystep and add a female usb to usb-c. In this way I can connect it to any device now and in the future. I wonder if an iphone can power a keystep.
