To be fair, when King Fritz left for the island, he made sure that he threatened the people of Marlay and everyone else that if his people weren't left alone, the Rumbling would start. In response, Marlay continued to turn Eldians into Pure Titans and drop them onto the island, indirectly attacking the people of Paradise, fo decades. And then, they launched a series of direct attacks for years.
Willy Tybur also gathered allied diplomats and openly declared war on the island and its people. At what point is enough enough?
Is the Rumbling justified? I guess it depends on which side of the wall you're on, but people have a right to defend themselves

Your forgetting the part where the entire world literally hate eldians, they tortured and killed them for enjoyment. And what about the part where just about the entire world sides with Marley, throws titans at them, destroyed 2 walls killed how many? Seems well deserved, innocent or no they still believe in this. To be fair, Willy Tybur declared war on Paradis. That was basically the green light for Eren’s act of terrorism on Liberio. Had no one declared war, Paradis would’ve probably stayed passive. Marley poked the sleeping bear, and when it got mauled by it, it then started complaining.
