My name is Brandon and I am a used car dealer. I created Car Questions Answered to share the ins and outs of the used car market from my perspective. I share with you updates on car prices, what's happening at the dealer auctions, and what it's like being a dealer. My goal is to share information to help you make the best decisions while buying a car to save you money. I do not want car dealers taking advantage of you.

I say don't buy any car new or used. If you have a vehicle right now keep it and do all the required maintenance on time. Remember cars are depreciating liabilities. They are what keeps the middle class basically broke. Invest your money in appreciating assets instead.

I never even thought about watching car auction videos before I started watching you, but these walkthrough and auction videos are my favorites hands down.

My wife and I’ve bought a 2010 Mitsubishi outlander as a throwaway car, meaning we did the least maintenance as possible oil change every 5000 miles, never change the transmission fluid never change the differential fluid never changed the rear end fluid never changed the timing belt. The car had over 200, 000 miles on it and still ran good. The dashboard was lit up like a Christmas tree but still ran good didn’t matter to us. We kept it down in a second home in South Carolina where they don’t do car inspections. We bought it brand new now that we know how reliable it is. We bought a 2018 outlander sport that we change the fluids once a year every fluid in the car except the motor oil we change that every 5000.

Many of these cars bought for $2, 500-+ are put up for sale for $5, 999 to $7, 999 with zero recognition . Post will state “ run as it should, heater and ac work well” + $399 “processing fees” excessive greed will bring destruction and no sale. Ends up wholesaling it to a neighboring dealer for $300 over actual cost.

Watching yall buy cars for yerselves is muuuuch cooler than the random ‘cool’ cars.

I get it that for the views you have to show the faincy stuff but I really dig seeing yall in yer element.

Saving up rn, plan on seeing yall in 5-6 wks to buy me a car. My 2011 Volvo finally died w 300k miles.

Love yer channel. Fellow tarheel

Keep us posted on the Element. I’d like to see more about what you do after you buy a car.

Man, i haven't seen a car sell for 4K$ in my area on any used lot. There's one lot, they sell clean looking cars, newer, but all have extremely high mileage and they're asking 20 grand and highher ...

It won't last forever. But we appreciate you doing what you're doing Brandon. Even if we all can't take advantage of your sense of fairness and generosity.

I would never buy that jeep for that much. They’re high as a kite 🤣

Those aftermarket headlight covers designed to make the Wrangler look mean are the dumbest thing I have ever seen.

They ruined that Wrangler with all the grille and light bar mods.

I would not touch a 3.6L GM anything that needs a converter.

Your little mistake at 8:45 reminds me of the time I accidentally bought a car. I was adjusting my shirt, and the auctioneer took it as a bid.
Of course I wasn't obligated to take it, but it actually turned out being a pretty good deal, and everyone got a good laugh out of it.

Really love your videos and the transparency about price. As you’re buying cars today, it would be great to get your purchase price and also your estimate of what the car would have sold for at the peak of the market. Thank you again!
