Kolkata horror. Skeletons are starting to tumble out of the cupboard. I hope suspension without pay is only temporary pending investigation. If found guilty dismissal with immediate effect with loss of pension, benefits, license, qualified immunity from prosecution, so they can be sued. Followed by arrest with maximum sentence.

The real culprits in the cover up are in the govt. Health secretary, Director of Education, and at least three other including Sandip Ghosh, along with the above two should have the DNA and fingerprints taken for testing and matching to the crime scene, including semen collected from the victim's body.

If they were reported in the vicinity at the time, they are potential suspects. Need to have their DNA and fingerprints cross matched with the evidence collected. As should anyone else seen CCTV within the surrounding vicinity.
