Basic BJJ Core Exercises with Ball

Core strengthening with stability ball; geared towards grapplers but great for everyone!
I chose to use an exercise ball for core strengthening because it simulates having to control an opponent in BJJ.
Here are 5 basic exercises to start with!
I recommend to do them as a circuit, so:
3 sets of:
1. Hip Lift (10 reps)
2. Side Crunch (10/side)
3. Knee-to-Chest Curl (10 reps)
4. Posture & Sprawl (5/side)
5. Supermans (10 reps)
