Persona 4 actually had a good amount of figures, but they come from the Persona 4 Arena merch releases. Teddy also has a lot of stuff since he's the mascot character including an inflatable doll that you can use as a punching bag, slippers, and an eye mask.

Persona 4 Dancing also got a good amount of figures.

i will say i've seen discussion of persona 4 merchandise in persona related discord servers and when i was there, a lot of the discussion was about high-quality figurines of the personas as well as some of the it and they were kinda sick
