I have a modern mullet but it’s wavy and I made sure to keep more length on the front and I let the back of my hair grow for 2 months and the fade is a low wavy hair mullet like the front is like the messy fringe

If you have wavy hair or you get a shit haircut/styling or it's impossible to have that flat fluffy hair. Wavy hair naturally has more volume and texture than straight hair so if you have wavy hair you hair will naturally fluff, maybe you just need more styling or a good haircut
