As a blk woman who works with hair, anyone from the hairtypes 3a - 4c can define there hair using wash and go's. No body is born with a undefinable texture you just need the right products. You also do not have to be black or mixed to have textured hair, though it is more commen for black and mixed black people to have type 4 hair.
