Thanks for the valuable info! I do find the emphasis on design skill funny - a lot of the first page results that load for me are minimalistic Canva graphics such as a dog outline on the corner pocket of the chest area -> super creative and a lot of design skill went behind that, obviously haha. But, I get your point.

You can't transfer an Etsy account, so the business can't be sold. Major downside to me.
