What good are oral supplements if you can't absorb them? Wouldn't you need injections if your levels are low?

Hi there, would supplementing with a B-12 vitamin or B- Complex vitamin reduce or undo the potential harm? 

Also, is there any benefit to the extended release version?

Metabloic syndrome induced by antipsychotics is problematic. 

Can Metformin be used to successfully counteract the insulin resistance caused by the antipsychotics?

Also, how would the ingestion of Apple Cider Vinegar interact with taking metformin? is it advisable?

It seems like we need to take so many medications to counteract the effects of other medications we take.. Side effects can be quite problematic.

Methylcobalamin is the most preferred form not the cyanocobalamin form! A suggestion though

Hi Kwaku, I have been hearing from those who are working in the field of ant-ageing that Metformin is something that actually helps with longevity though it is prescribed for controlling diabetes. Some of them are actually taking Metformin even though they have no diabetes. What are your thoughts? I am really surprised to hear that it actually can cause B12 deficiency. I do not have diabetes nor take Metformin but curious about your thoughts.
