If War Thunder's Challenger was historically accurate

The British Challenger Main Battle Tank was a natural evolution of the Chieftain Main Battle Tank. Sporting Chobham composite armor, a 1200hp diesel engine, and new fire control equipment, the Challenger was a formidable machine. The Challenger traded some of its mobility for enhanced armor protection, though lackluster automotive performance wasn't the only issue. The Challenger wasn't very friendly to the crew. The fire control systems were complicated and didn't perform as well as contemporary systems, as shown during Canadian Army Trophy (CAT) competitions. The problems with Challenger would, for the most part, be addressed with its successor, the Challenger 2.

This tank is equipped with a boiling vessel capable of brewing tea which will fully heal the crew of the tank. While brewing tea the loader cannot load the gun.
