Dr Gundry, u are the realest one around, ur supplements are the best & theres nothing fake about ur stuff, i cant afford all ur stuff but i have tried them all & i was the healthiest iv ever been, i do take bio 3, i hadnt been able to get it for awhile but when i did i automatically lost almost 10 lbs, i am so glad i was able to try it all cuz it all works!!! thank u Dr Gundry

On a recent trip to India and back I was on a 15 hour non stop flight to India. I fasted for 24 hours and only drank water for 24 hours. When I disembarked from the airplane I have never felt more energized in my life. I am convinced that the intermittent fasting was the reason. Next time I will take supplements and probiotics. By the way the blue light blocking glasses in a randomized double masked trial wertno better than a placebo although not watching movies on an airplane makes alot of sense since the screens are poor quality and eye stimulation can hinder sleep nd mke one feel very tired.

I've never gotten Jet Lag in my 5 trip from California to Europe. Why - about a week before I travel I eat to where I'm going to. But my sleep patterns have never been the same so I'm sure that helps. I also have earplugs & a sleeping mask (though I prefer using a headband)

I was raised out in the country. I would go to bed early and get up as soon as the sun came up over the.
Mountains.
These people who say that they're going to sleep in on saturday and sunday is a good way to screw up their natural way of sleeping. I can't handle it.I have to be up when the sun gets up.
And living in Canada when it gets darker.I automatically get up at the time that my body tells me. I guess it's just the way my body does it

You should never black out your bedroom. Wake up with the sunrise! If sailing, sleep on the deck. Best sleep one can get.

I take only Europian airlines from America to Europe….because the alcohol is free and don’t charge arm and legs like Americans 🤫🇺🇸
