1. Use a height-adjustable desk like the BEKANT desk from IKEA so you're less tired and more productive throughout the day. Take advantage of a standing desk to help reduce neck pain, back pain and work fatigue.
2. If you plan on sitting while you work, select an ergonomic chair with adjustable height and tilt so your body is less strained during long work days. Set the height of the chair so your knees are at a 90-degree angle with your feet flat on the ground. Test the chair out to ensure it has proper lumbar support for your lower back.
