Really enjoyed the calming vibes too 😌 as someone who has scoliosis too, I can appreciate how much a good chair makes so much difference to sitting down for long hours 😭 right now I'm using a cheap IKEA chair without any of the right support and it's causing my back and neck a lot of ache esp with wfh :') ur video has inspired me to look for sth that works for me!
